I like machines. I like tractors and cranes and things painted bright colors abandoned in parking lots and the sides of roads. High Ridge is pretty good for random construction scenes.
it's one thing to take a photograph of random machinery, and it's another thing when you find an angle so suitable for the object that it compliments it so well. The color on the lift is crisp and has good tone, and i think the wires in the background are good. my one critique is a common one, and that's the blown out sky. it's something that's hard to overcome, but white sky's have a tendancy to be a flaw in what would be a really REALLY good photograph.
I dig the angle and color a lot. I don't dig the orange spot. You managed to get a relatively interesting shot out of something that, in my eyes, wouldn't normally make a good photograph by itself.
